SAP Basis Consultant Needed for an S/4 Hana Implementation!
One of my clients, based in Leuven, are currently working on a build and transformation program. Part of this involves implementing S/4 Hana.
At the moment, the SAP Basis work is being done by a number of Business Analysts that have SAP Basis skills, but due to the functional workload, this isn't feasible in the long term.
They are therefore looking for an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to come in and work initially on a part time basis, moving to a full time role in the next 1 or 2 months.
The reason that it's initially part time is because the systems are still in the build-up phase, so some activities still have to be requested, monitored or configured per system. They are approaching the first test-phase, for which users will have to be defined and authorisations will have to be detailed and assigned (currently the definition of authorisation role is performed by a third party).
Examples of your day to day responsibilities will include (amongst other things):
* Creating new ID's
* Raising change requests
* Challenging the current operating partner
* Validating requests from the current SAP partner
* Some Authorisations
To be suitable for this role you will:
* Have S/4 Hana Basis experience
* Be able to work in a multicultural environment
* Be able to work on operational tasks but have knowledge of more advanced technical stuff
* Have knowledge of open systems (this is a bonus)
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 6 months +++
Days per week: 2-3 days a week initially, this should move to 5 days a week after 1-2 months

Rate: Competitive depending on experience
