Job Description:
- We are developing a new warehouse management solution and has a high pace rolling out the new solution. SAP EWM is used to serve both client's worldwide store network as well as the growing online sales channel. The high pace and the complex nature of the existing solution has resulted in severe issues with the current production systems. We are looking to strengthen the AD team in FA Warehouse with an additional SAP EWM Solution Architect in order to strengthen the quality focus within client and improve the quality in the production environment.
- The role involves many contacts with areas within the organization, both within FAWH and with other parts of the organization. The role also primarily involves direct contact and follow-up with principal outsourcing partner Accenture. The role will work together with the existing solution architect.
- It is important that the candidate can manage many different tasks simultaneously. Senior SAP Solution Architect with some management skills/experience is therefore required.
Responsibilities:
Primary tasks are:
- Quality control changes and development in Production Maintenance processes through review of proposed solutions
- Quality control requirements specifications and conceptual solution proposals. Review solution proposals from supplier.
- Support client AD-team in requirements analysis and conceptual solution proposals.
- Provide guidance on SAP-standard and best practice approaches to complex requests.
- Question demands and proposed solutions to ensure robust, high-quality solutions are delivered.
- Work with SAP CD on coordinating custom development requested by the client within the EWM area.
- Assist in high-priority detailed root-cause analysis of problem areas with major system incidents where existing support organisation is unable to effectively investigate and redesign area
- Assist the client team in knowledge transfer on EWM solution best practices
- If required assist with spot checking of custom code to ensure quality solution
- Manage business stakeholders in different levels and different countries
- The primary work location is Stockholm. Travel is to be expected but not extensive outside primary work location.
Required Skills/qualifications:
- Experience SAP EWM implementation - Design, build, deploy
- Experience SAP EWM ABAP
- Experience Supply chain/Logistics business area
- Experience from Warehouse Control System/Automation
- Documented experienced in working abroad and with international suppliers
- Good at expressing yourself verbally and in writing.
