Description

A exciting new position has opened for a Windows 10 Migration Team Resource. This is a contract position based in the Amsterdam for a long term contract.

JD:

  • Experienced in Win 10 migration for a big organization
  • Troubleshoot any user issues reported for Win 10
  • Good communication skills in both English and Dutch
  • Responsible for building the machines with the provided Win 10 image
  • Responsible for admin related work at the help desk like cleaning of the old machines (removal of stickers, stains etc), maintaining inventory of machines moving in and out
  • Responsible for maintaining the schedule/appointment log
  • Will be provided with a checklist which will need to be verified for every user, before handing over the Win 10 built machine
  • Normal working hours will be 8:00 - 17:00, but might also be required to work beyond office hours or on weekends (as and when required)
  • Provide daily status reports to both DXC and Ahold PMs
  • Travel might be required between Zaandam HQ and DCs
