Hours: 3 Days per week with the flexibility to change as and when needed.
Location: Welwyn Garden City with Remote Working
Salary: Competitive Day Rate

To grow faster, we will diversify our routes to market through wholesale and international expansion.

The Role

Figleaves is looking for a skilled Infrastructure Dev Ops Engineer to join our team on a contract basis to support the modernisations and migration of some of our key infrastructure components. Working as part of a high performing agile delivery team a successful candidate would need to be able to demonstrate the personal qualities to work in a challenge fast pasted change environment focused on value creation and predicable delivery to support the ambitious business goals.

Essential Technical Skills:
•Layer 2 & 3 network troubleshooting / deployment
•Cisco switches routers
•WAN / LAN / Wifi
•Windows OS & Server
•MonitoringAlertingDevOps
•Active Directory
•Understanding of the ITIL framework

Desirable Skills and Experience:
•Exchange/Office 365
•VMware/HyperV
•Meraki Wifi
•Cloud Watch, ELK Stack, XMatters
•Amazon Web Service Experience
•Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
•Infrastructure as Code such as Ansible, Terraform, Puppet

First Line Employee Technical Support, as and when required:
•Organise, monitor and distribute peripherals inventory
•Organise and maintain spare equipment inventory including computers, laptops, phones and peripherals.
