Auditor - Third Party Supplier Management - Risk Management

In this role you will be reporting directly to the Third-Party Risk and Governance lead. You will be responsible for executing first line testing strategies for the purposes of validating UK supplier's adherence to business policy and standards, and applicable laws and regulations. This position will also be expected to ensure that appropriate documentation exists for to evidence appropriate oversight or processes and procedures.

The Third-Party Management Specialist will support UK Supplier Management Office by;

*Supplier Risk Assessment programme including travel to third party sites to perform onsite monitoring when required
*Driving risk management best practice and developing risk management culture within the department Supplier Management Office and wider business
*Act as a coach to the Supplier Managers as they complete third party risk management activities including completion of Central Monitoring Actions and Findings

Responsibilities:

Led by the Third-Party Risk and Governance lead and supported by the Third Party Management and Invoicing Coordinator and wider UK supplier office, the Third-Party Management Specialist will drive and execute against a targeted internal agenda;

*Lead the execution of supplier control testing strategies
*Be the primary point of contact for third party management activities
*Monitor supplier managers against corporate compliance obligations
*Proactively identify and/or mitigate basic internal risk
*Partner with internal risk or oversight groups to support the execution of supplier monitoring requirements
*Produce regular internal risk management reporting for internal stakeholders
*Build, establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including Operations, Business Risk Office, 2nd Line Testing and Compliance Advisors
