I'm looking for a French speaking PMO with experience of Oracle EBS to help my client plan and deploy their solution in France and other international countries from January 2019 to 2020, we need someone to help with the governance of the project, to follow the planned deployment and to help in methodology of the deployment

MUST have good methodology experience

MUST have experience of working with offshore teams in India
