Description
Resource 1 is in need of a Sr. Software Selection Consultant for a project with our Chicago-based client. The work can be primarily done remotely, with occasional meetings at the downtown office. Individual should have extensive IT/technical experience with a focus on software evaluation, selection and implementation. Individual will collaborate with outside vendors to implement software solutions. The first software solutions to be implemented will be for Project Management, Voice Recognition (Voice-To-Text) and Data Management/Analytics. Individual will be responsible for evaluating the current business processes/needs, writing up the specifications, evaluating different software products/vendors, demoing the different solutions and assisting with the selection process. Individual will also stay on for change management and user training. The initial phase will be focused on selecting the Project Management software. Once the PM software is selected, then Consultant will move on to the VR software evaluation/selection. Individual must have strong analysis, presentation and communication skills.
