Outcome Testing Assistant - Call Centre
We are currently recruiting for an Outcome Testing Assistant in Cardiff, to work for a leading Banking client.
The role will involve auditing calls in a call centre and testing the outcome of this.
Candidates who have previously work within a call centre environment or customer focused role is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are required.
Ideal for a candidate looking to gain some industry/financial service experience, or before progressing on to an outcome testing position.
