Position: SuccessFactors Workstream Lead:
Location: Nanterre (Near Paris) France (50-75% Work From home)
Duration: 12 Months + Possible extension
Certification Required: Compensation, PMGM Performance Management/Goals Management and Succession Planning and Career Development Planning
Roles & Responsibilities:
Working as the SuccessFactors Workstream/Module lead you will be responsible for and deliver the following:
- Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state needs
- Create/manage project plan in partnership with the project manager
- Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
- Manage the relationship with the customer and be SuccessFactors' primary face to the customer throughout the implementation process
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors' product-suite configuration options, integration points, and best practices
- Facilitating client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality
- Acting in a client facing role to determine business requirements
- Identifying how the HCM solution can be best utilized to meet client requirements;
- Providing support to the interface workstream to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications
- Supporting testing, training and change management workstreams.
Responsibilities for candidates with relevant team leadership experience may also include:
- Creating and managing the plan for a specific project workstream eg design;
- Managing the end to end project life cycle to deliver projects on time and to budget;
- Working with senior client stakeholders to manage client expectations.

- A minimum of 2 years SuccessFactors experience
- A minimum of 2 SuccessFactors projects acting in the module lead role
- SF Certifications in: Compensation, Performance/Goals, Succession Planning, & Career Development Planning. Professional Certifications (preferred)
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent (masters preferred)
- No less than 6 years business computer application implementation experience
- Demonstrated understanding of HR Organizational Domain to include the departmental processes/policies/procedures behind the modules they implement
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
- A dedicated customer service attitude
- Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task and be a team player who works collaboratively and effectively with others
- Technical understanding of software operating systems and ability to work comfortably with HRIS
- Knowledge of XML or HTML
- Exceptional consultative skills with customers, using best practices and past experience
- Available to work some evenings and/or weekend as needed
