Scope of Project:
Position is of a Technical Architect. Need very strong Remedy experience with more emphasis on technical knowledge (70%) and 30% on solutioning knowledge. Architecture, ways to deploy Helix architecture- cloud based platform for future growth solutions need someone to give insights on how to move from current architecture (internal load balanced distributed architecture) and want to move to cloud based Helix architecture.
Top skills:
In depth knowledge of Remedy
Greenfield implementation experience- start from scratch without any existing system in place and build an architecture, migrate and version upgrade
Upgrades from old to new versions
Migration of other ITSM tools to Remedy
Good to have- other tools apart from Remedy- awareness of Servicenow, Jira, Shellwell
Good to have- some BMC certification on admin, development etc
Good to have- some Telco experience, not mandatory
JD:
- 15 years of experience in BMC Remedy ITSM solution
- Experience in BMC Helix platform
- BMC certified
- Some hands-on experience in other ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Anchored core business transformation programs involving ITSM tools
- Experience in Greenfield implementation as well as version upgrades
- Experience in ITSM consolidation.
- Expert in Oracle DB, Web-Servers - UNIX and Windows
- Expert in Integrations and customizations
