SQL and PL/SQL Developer - Luxembourg

For this role, you should have at least 5 recent years of experience in IT with a focus on SQL and PL/SQL development.
Your role
. Provision of expert advice and assistance, technology watch, evaluation studies, architectural considerations, applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices in a specific area of ICT infrastructure technology
. Provision of quality plans, quality assessments, quality control tests, evaluations and service level agreements associated with information system infrastructure services or projects
. Provision of security studies, security assessments and other specific security matters related to ICT infrastructures
. Elaboration of functional and non-functional requirements and business case analysis related to the area of expertise
. Elaboration of vision documents focused upon infrastructure components
. Risk analysis
. Review of Information Systems Infrastructure Architectures
. Provision of technical evaluations and audit reports in relation with information systems infrastructure.
Your qualifications
. Bachelor/Master Degree + 9/5 years of professional experience respectively
Your Knowledge
. Excellent expertise in SQL and PL/SQL skills
. Very strong expertise of database structures tables, views, sequences, synonyms, triggers, packages, functions, Procedures etc.
. Strong Expertise in Oracle build-in standard package
. Datamodelling & Query optimization advice
. Linux Scripting expertise would be an asset
. Good knowledge of the design and development of web applications;
. Good knowledge of web application development frameworks;
. Knowledge of Scripting languages;
. Knowledge of Rich Internet Application technologies;
. Knowledge of web technologies and standards (eg HTML5, XML);
. Good algorithmic skills.
. Ability to understand, speak and write in English
Other relevant information
. The candidate should be security clearable.
. The candidate should be ready to travel to the Institute's premises for a physical interview.
