Responsibilities:
2nd Level Troubleshooting and analysis of multi-vendor IP equipment (Cisco, Thomson, Juniper, OneAccess, Huawei)
2nd Level Troubleshooting and analysis of multi-vendor transmission equipment (SDH, PDH, xWDM: Marconi, Alcatel, Lucent, Siemens, Adva, Huawei)
2nd Level Troubleshooting (Voice TDM, NGN SIP network) and analysis of multi-vendor fixed voice equipment (NSN (Class 5), Italtel (Class 5, Class 4), One Access (CNG), Huawei)
Incident Management & Ticket Handling
Service Provisioning
Configuration of fixed net IP systems and tools
Escalation management
Qualifications:
Language: Good German & English
Experience in Fix net Business Customer troubleshooting
On call duty out of office time
