For a company in Germany we search a Customer Sales Representative (f/m)Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interpreting client needs and offering assistance and advice
- Technical translation of the customer questions in enterprise specifications
- Increase sales to existing customer base and establish new
accounts
- Develop and maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Interaction with various management levels and professionals.
- Translation of technical features into a specific business
advantages
- Prioritization and organization of the own work to deliver results to
agreed deadlines
- Developing sales plans for own accounts in line with strategy
- Focus on Outbound
- Frequent interaction with internal colleagues
Requirements:
- Equivalent professional experience or Bachelor’s degree in
applicable discipline
- Business / technical education
- 2 to 5 years of successful inside sales experience
- Willingness to learn
- Winning Attitude
- Ability to interact with various management levels and
professionals
- Being fluent in English and German
