Responsibilities:
Make media strategy of product listing and campaigns, give professional media strategy advice according to the local market, HQ and regional strategy, control media budget ,ensure maximum efficiency of the budget.
Media collaborative management operation and ensure maximum efficiency.
Output analyzing reports of competing brands, media environment and consumer media habits. Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw customers attention.
Analyze media data to perform ongoing optimizations and forecast the results.
Cooperating with other marketing functions in product-launches: planning and execution.
Support to sales department in assessment of co-promotions plans (media plans/investments size etc.)
Coordinates media calendar to ensure always-on high quality communication of key products.


Qualifications:
With over 5 years’ experience on media, advertising and brand consulting at large advertising agencies or international brands;
Understand Romania media status, own rich media resources, good at using all kinds of means to communicate, with excellent integrated marketing ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Excellent analytical skills.
Very Good English in speaking, reading and writing.
Good MS Office skills.
