Rate: £206 Per Day/Up to £39,000 Per Annum

World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Communications consultant to cover both Digital Community and Internal Comms within the team.

About the Role:
* Proactively engage in social media channels by creating a content calendar that is part of the integrated comms plan
* Posting authentic and interesting content via our social channels
* Develop exciting and innovative digital communications activities with the agency partners to create strong impact in the social and internal channels.
* Support the development and delivery of an integrated marketing plan that makes optimum use of the social digital channels to deliver strong customer and Retailer teams engagement
* Deliver engaging and effective communications to our Retailers/Dealers and their teams of service champions via the internal channels
* Play a vital role in executing strategy turning frontline staff into ambassadors of key marketing and operational programs.
* Responsible for asset development, execution as well as project management
* Identify and eliminate ineffective and unnecessary communications content, routines and processes by applying Continuous Improvement methods and mindset

About You:
* c5 years industry experience
* You will be a proficient and passionate social and digital media user with a creative streak and a passion for posting engaging 'bite-size' communications
* Possess a strong urge to interact with the general public in a playful and informal yet respectful manner
* Strong organisation and efficiency to ensure the proactive and reactive elements get addressed and managing time allocation between activities will be critical
* Working collaboratively as a team as well as ability to make clear demands on others by developing strong working relationships
* Broad knowledge of the UK Retail business and excellent customer service skills
* Strong communication skills with experience in managing agencies, briefs as well as managing creative delivery
* Copy and content creation, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications Knowledge.

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
