Technical lead consultant - C++
One of our major international clients based in Poland is in search for a technical lead to join a large scale project on an initial 6-12 Month contract
Job Description:
To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance/solutions for work completion
(1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance/solutions
(2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
(3.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review.
(4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimising exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
Requirements
Extensive experience in C++/Visual C++, OOPS, OOAD, and Design Patterns.
Work experience in Cross Platform C++ library development.
Work experience in UNIX environments with knowledge of Shell Scripting.
Experience in profiling (thread, CPU, memory), debugging, code optimization techniques.
Ability to understand existing code and framework to fix defects.
Good analytical, technical reasoning and problem solving abilities.
Knowledge about any VCS tools like SVN, ClearCase, etc
Knowledge of using IDEs like Visual Studio and Eclipse
Database and SQL programming knowledge is preferable.
XSLT Transformation using C++/VC++
Experience in IIS Web Server.
