The Role:
FYTE's client are looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to assist with the delivery of their strategic projects portfolio, which has a combined budget of over £100 million. These projects will impact a large workforce and your role is to deliver an effective and engaging communications strategy to inform the wider business and partners. Among the planned projects is a Digital transformation roll out, enabling staff to work more effectively and to work remotely and across multiple sites, you will be working closely with the Director of IT and Programme Managers to ensure that each stage of the project is communicated clearly to staff and partners. This is an extremely exciting time for business growth and this role will be a key role in ensuring its success.
Skills/Experience:
- Highly experienced in strategic internal communications
- Strong stakeholder management and senior level
- Evidence driving a 360 project from start to finish
- Public Sector exposure (desirable)
