Description
Seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join a great team. Work in a flexible laid back environment were you are not just a number.
- Provide technical assistance to mobile and computer users in person, over the phone and via email.
- Set up/configure printers to the network
- Create and Manage users in Active Directory
- Monitoring ticket queues
- Assign tickets to internal and external support staff
- Escalate tickets outside of the department until resolved
Required Skills/Experience of Technical Support Resource:
- 3+ years' professional support experience
- Experience supporting and utilizing TCP/IP
- Experience troubleshooting and configuring printers
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory
- A+, Network+, or other active technical certification
