Requirements:
HBO work and thinking level
3 years Relevant and current work experience in the field of video, telephony and network infrastructure and its practical application
3 years of knowledge and experience with Cisco and Narrow casting solutions, particularly in the UC (unified communication) field
3 years Knowledge and experience with network infrastructure, network services, network security and related environments in a complex enterprise environment
3 years of Cisco Video Platform knowledge (Back End)
3 years Knowledge of Cisco Video Platform endpoint (vc-sets, jabber etc) CCNP Collaboration

Knowledge of Networks i.v. chain management and network security Knowledge of Middle ware (integration possibilities), knowledge of Windows server/client, VMware and Linux distributions/Scripting Wide UC knowledge and experience built up in a complex enterprise environment.
HBO Diploma preferably in the field of ICT Knowledge and experience in the field of Management, Qos, ASL, ITIL Knowledge of IBM Domino and Connections solutions
Order:
The primary activities focus on designing, building and testing the Video Conferencing services on the Cisco platform.
The requested work is:
- Independently develop, maintain and manage the video and telephony platforms of the tax authorities on the basis of the agreed service level agreement.
- Solving incidents and problems and documenting that solution.
- Preparing change proposals and submitting structural improvement proposals for the use of the complete video and telephony portfolio of the tax authorities, with the emphasis on the first.
- Designing and building the desired functionality, and thereby implementing the change and testing the solution, taking into account the applicable quality guidelines: no own work is tested and reviewed.
We are looking for a candidate who is an expert in the technical implementation of the video conferencing strategy and recognizes the functional needs of the user, and translates into improvements in the video and telephony services of the tax authorities.
The specialist video platform is given room for deepening in innovative techniques and improvements. In coordination, based on scrum and DevOps, we work closely with colleagues and coach them in their development.
