Dear Consultant (f/m/x),
On behalf of our client an international finance institute, we are looking for 1 external resource:
Job: Client Connectivity Sales and Onboarding officer (f/m/x) financial area Luxembourg - P468
Tasks/responsibilities
- Advise customers on the day to day usage of Banking connectivity media (SWIFT; CreationOnline; CreationDirect; Vestima) and carry out all tasks related to problem resolution.
- Provide first line customer service on any business or technical aspect of Clearstream Banking communication media.
- Analyse customer connectivity profiles/requirements/issues and make recommendations on how to use our products more effectively (aiming for operational effectiveness).
- Train customers on the connectivity products related to Clearing and Settlement; Cash; Custody; Global securities financing and Investment funds.
Qualifications/required skills
- Fluency in written & spoken English is required; German or any other language are an advantage
- Ability to work in a multicultural team and willingness to acquire business and technical knowledge
- Customer oriented
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills; accuracy; ability to work independently
- PC literate
- An understanding of our clients products and connectivity media (Swift; CreationOnline; CreationDirect; Vestima) are a strong advantage.
Assignment:
- Fulltime (100%)
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: until end 2019
- Location: Luxembourg
