Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with employees who are absent from work due to ill health to ensure that they receive appropriate support, including from the Bank's Occupational Health Advisors
  • Providing advice to managers on how to support the employee and manage the absence
  • Providing advice to managers and employees to facilitate a successful return to work
  • Working with the Bank's Group Income Protection (GIP) providers for employees who are on long-term sick leave
  • Working with managers, employees, the HR International team, and the Bank's mobility partners to manage and advise on international assignments for employees
  • Working with the Bank's immigration advisors on immigration queries and 'right to work' topics (including visa applications, visa extensions and certificates of sponsorship)

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with and advising stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships at all levels of seniority
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong execution skills
  • Strong advisory skills
  • HR background preferred
