A major client is in need of Service Desk Consultants for a new project. Greek speakers are needed and the project includes travel to Poland.
Skills preferred:
-Desktop support
-Notebooks and Printers
-Strong Microsoft Windows o/s experience - Especially for Windows XP and Windows 7
-Asset Management system
-Smartphone
-VPN and remote connection tools, in relation to Broadband and 3G technologies.
-Active Directory user account administration
-VIP Support Experience
-Basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices and Telecoms
-Rollout experience
-HP and Dell experience
