Support consultant

The main requirement is resources with good Lean Six Sigma Background.

Location: Mexico
Duration: 3-4 months.
Start date: ASAP
Positions: 1
Shift Timings: Rotational ( basis process selected for)
Interview: consultancy 2 rounds and 1 round Client
Budget: USD 80-100 per day
Required years of experience: 5

* Work along with OTPE teams to support the transformation programme using Lean Six Sigma (LSS) across multiple business units.
* Supplier will use reasonable efforts to provide coaching and knowledge transfer to CLIENT'S personnel.
* Collaborate with process owners to track, build and manage delivery, identify potential improvement opportunities across the customer journey and provide recommendations on the future state process design
* Work with CLIENT'S team and Scrum team to run consecutive sprints to deliver prioritised product backlogs to achieve tangible re portable benefits (vs agreed targets)
* Support in continuous improvement, successfully embedding change, influence and manage stakeholders, build strong relationships to lead the change.
* Use reasonable efforts to anticipate issues and highlight risks and escalate to stakeholders in a timely manner
* Use reasonable efforts to ensure regular stakeholder engagement and timely reporting on OTPE project/programme status including running daily stand up meetings and managing cross project dependencies

AdvisoryE2E customer journey re-engineering and Transformational changeMS Visio/mapping toolDetailed design of the to-be end to end process flow including details of any automated steps, re-engineering related changes, overall business and technology impacts (if any) and an agreed set of technical design elements.

Implementation of new processes and design.

E2E mapping shall

1) capture the to-be process flow, including changes and impacts to the as-is process flow
2) capture the change environment requirements for the sprint
3) Capture the high level technical design for the proposed flow.

AdvisoryDigitisation of CommunicationsMS Word, Excel and mapping toolsDetailed analysis and recommendations on existing communication strategy, automated steps, re-engineering related changes where applicable, overall business and technology impacts (if any) and agreed new flow. Assist Automation team to implement new communication format.

Advisory KYC and Payments screening MS word, Excel and mapping toolsDetailed design of 'as is' mapping and 'to be' redesign of the KYC and Payments screening process within FCRS. Recommendations and implementation of the change.
