Description

Seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join a great team. Work in a flexible laid back environment were you are not just a number.

  • Provide technical assistance to mobile and computer users in person, over the phone and via email.
  • Set up/configure printers to the network
  • Create and Manage users in Active Directory
  • Monitoring ticket queues
  • Assign tickets to internal and external support staff
  • Escalate tickets outside of the department until resolved

Required Skills/Experience of Technical Support Resource:

  • 3+ years' professional support experience
  • Experience supporting and utilizing TCP/IP
  • Experience troubleshooting and configuring printers
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory
  • A+, Network+, or other active technical certification
