Responsibilities -
Expertise in the Digital Marketing domain and having a deep understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) solutions
You'll be responsible for business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys), prototyping, configuration, testing, training, defining support procedures
Lead on the design, implementation of technology and creative business solutions for iconic brands
Take the lead on projects, solving some of the most exciting problems for our clients
Build lasting relationships with key client stakeholders and sponsors.
Collaborate with amazing digital experts across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions.
Supporting the MC team in RFP and proposal responses
Flexibly respond to shifting business needs and priorities.
Prior to UAT validates that solution meets business requirements
Train key users and ensure the availability of training and support materials.
Skill Requirements -
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification(s).
Certifications in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform Developer or App Builder) highly preferred.
Minimum 2 Years of implementation experience in Marketing Cloud and overall more than 6 years experience in Salesforce or other Marketing Products implementation.
Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, functionalities & features including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Data Management Platform, Data Studio, Social Studio, Advertising Studio, Mobile Studio, Interaction Studio
Strong knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
Experience on Java, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AngularJS, React, PHP, AMPscript, Database
The solid foundation in core marketing principles and practices.
Strong consulting and/or marketing technology implementation experience.
Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles.
Experience defining strategy, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions
Experience delivering projects using Agile based methodology
