Fullstack Developer : React + Node.JS: FTSE 100 backed Accelerator/Innovation hub
Global Energy Trading/Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Fullstack Developer (React and Node) to work in and help set up the new Innovation Hub in Rotterdam, Netherlands. This new venture sets out to do things differently - with a unique approach, balancing human-centred design with an agile technology capability to tackle complex wicked problems in original ways. Forget the image of traditional, slow-moving, hierarchical corporate environments common within the sector. And instead, think agile, collaborative, cross-functional venture teams that explore new opportunities, solve real business problems and most importantly, ship products.
About The Role:
They are a multicultural team with a blend of startup and enterprise experience, taking products through the incubation stage and exploring the growth opportunities. Keeping the customer-centric approach is essential for them and they encourage everyone in taking part of their vision.
The right candidate must have commercial experience with the following tech:
- JavaScript
- React
- Redux
- GraphQL
- Node.JS
- DevOps (Kubernetes or Docker)
This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
