What you will do
As a member of the Customer Accounts Processing Team, the Processing Administrator will ensure accurate invoicing and financial control to business security customers. Working closely with Field Sales, Operations and Credit Control teams the Processing Administrator will be responsible for effective, timely and accurate processing of customer orders and invoice/credit requests. How you will do it
The Processing Administrator will be self-motivated and have a sense of urgency when dealing with any task. You will be expected to react quickly to requests from customers or other areas of the business to deal with financial requests efficiently and accurately using an advanced level of Excel including VLOOKUPs, formulas and pivot tables. You will have the ability to gain trust and develop strong relationships and be willing to help and provide advice to others in the team.

What we look for
The successful Processing Administrator will display a strong mentality and adaptability. You will have previous experience in a busy office environment within a customer service, order processing or financial role. While systems training will be provided, a solid background in Microsoft Office products and in particular Excel will be essential, with experience or knowledge of VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables being a particular advantage.
