NHS Customer Engagement Manager - Immediate
A full time Operations Engagement Manager role has become available to provide support with the communication of case information for the Operations Centre team in support of the national contingency plans that will assure the NHS has access to the products it needs, whatever the outcome of the EU negotiations.
The Operations Engagement Manager will support all Case Managers with effective, concise and clear communications of case information with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities and tasks include:
* Drafting case communications to be circulated across the wider NHS via a variety of different communications channels.
* Responsibility for internal communications within the Operations Centre capability (for example, email bulletins and team meetings)
* Engaging with additional stakeholders where required Liaising with MDCC communications colleagues to ensure consistency of messaging and a high level of accuracy and consistency
