Description

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Professional to support a leading financial services company based in Solihull.

As a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Professional; you will be responsible for working on a variety of accounting activities related to the payment and receipt of money; computes, classifies, records, and reconciles transactions into the Companies financial accounting systems.

You will be performing duties across:

Purchase ledger

  • Generation of and submission for payment of invoices on a weekly payment run.
  • Dealing with and resolving queries from Creditors.

Sales Ledger

  • Production of Debtors ledger.
  • Following up the Debtor accounts to ensure payment is made promptly

Payroll

  • Maintenance of employee records and updating databases

Reporting

  • Weekly production of timesheet reports
