Roaming & Interconnect Analyst/Consultant, HasseltEnglish and Dutch Speaking
Takes part in making sure that our IT & Telco infrastructure provides the capabilities required to support our roaming, interconnect & revenue assurance ambitions, in close collaboration with our business partners.
Maintains a close relationship with our interconnect, roaming and business
partners.
Actively pursues cost optimization opportunities.
Provides our interconnect & roaming partners with analysis to solve ad hoc issues.
Takes part in providing our business controllers and marketeers with trends, profiles and drivers to forecast usage, costs and revenues.
Takes part in providing our business partners with trends, profiles and drivers to
forecast capacity and traffic volumes.
Validates solutions implemented by our business partners.
Is part of a small but agile team.
Acts as a facilitator and project lead for some of our interconnect, roaming & revenue assurance related projects.
Supports our business controllers and marketeers in assessing the impact of product configuration changes or changes to the regulatory framework, and in monitoring the actual effects of those.
Actively participates in the development of fraud prevention and revenue assurance strategies and oversees their implementation
Consults with all relevant technical product owners, teams, and business partners to coordinate the commercial and technical aspects of selected roaming and interconnection services.

documentation/training.

You are the one
Who has a bachelor or equivalent work experience.
Who has a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in similar functions.
Who is passionate about verifying and monitoring. You are very fluent with SQL queries and advanced Excel-based analysis.
Who is able to reconcile short-term operational imperatives with long-term strategic objectives.
Who has a keen interest in (mobile) telco.
Who has a strong understanding of both the commercial and technical fields within an organisation, with a clear preference for someone with such understanding in a telecommunications context.
Who actively participates in developing and in implementing policies, procedures, systems and frameworks in line with the team's and the company's objectives.
Who can write functional specs.
Who's a team player, but can work independently as well.
Who's a self-starter needing focused support, and who takes ownership.
Who's open to a challenge.
Who's fluent in English and Dutch.
Who has excellent communication skills.
