As a Product Owner you are responsible for the CRM domain and related applications including Siebel.
You control the delivery of all small and large changes (projects, change requests and tickets) in the CRM domain.
You are responsible for delivering the agreed release within the set timeline and within the agreed (resource) budget. You also ensure correct progress reporting.
You are the first point of contact for the business with regard to the delivery for your domain and you monitor the approval process of new applications.
You ensure that the delivery process is followed correctly by all involved.
You functionally manage the team members in your domain with regard to delivery and priorities. Your team consists of developers, testers, analysts, an architect and operations experts. You guarantee smooth communication.
You manage the team according to the Agile principles and you contribute to the further optimization thereof. You organize, among other things, stand-ups as a follow-up method. You ensure proper administration and you ensure a well-filled capacity planning through a bi-weekly sprint planning. You coordinate with your colleagues for cross domain changes.
Finally, plan and follow up the delivery by external suppliers (onshore & offshore) and monitor the agreements made with them.
Profile
You have a Masters degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent through experience. You also have at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
You have knowledge of the CRM environment and in particular Siebel or you have the affinity and interest to delve deeper into it so that you can manage the delivery with knowledge of the facts.
Preferably you have experience in the functional management of teams, project teams and motivating people.
You prefer to work in an agile manner and you are resistant to stress.
Experience in working with on and offshore teams is a plus.
You have strong communication skills and you are able to communicate clearly with your environment (team members, business, onshore/offshore suppliers).
You are punctual in administration and follow-up. You have an eye for detail.
You are a role model in terms of cooperation.
You are bilingual (Dutch, English).
