Functional Design Expert
One of my pharmaceutical clients based in Prague is urgently looking for a Functional Design Expert for a 6-12 month contract.
Role: Functional Design Expert, to help building and deploying Offer to Contract solution.
- University graduate level, degree in business/technical and/or scientific area or comparable education/experience
- Preferably ServiceNow CIS-HR certified (ServiceNow System Administrator certified is a plus) or significant proof of project management experience with references in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and the Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions module
- Experience in a global ServiceNow rollout implementation (preferably ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions related)
- Very process oriented mindset, systematic methodical approach to working, and can instil this in co-workers and customers
- Self-starting, can work very effectively remotely with global teams and customers, with maximum autonomy
- Demonstrated leadership skills within a project organization
- Understanding and knowledge of general HR IT infrastructure technology (primarily Applicant Tracking Systems/SAP HR, systems and managed processes
- Design and implementation of new HR processes or methodologies in complex organizations
- Ability to streamline and improve organizational efficiencies
- Good mediation and facilitation skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent teambuilding and facilitation skills
- Expert Knowledge of IT Project Methodologies (preferably ICE, GATE)
- Good understanding of business processes in HR (preferably in the global healthcare industry) would be a plus
- Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
