Description
You will be working with the full suite of Software solutions and Services in the CIS and AMI areas, with processes covering Meter to Cash, Lead to Contract, Meter Deployment, Meter Operations, and Customer Automation etc.
The role
As a Data Engineer or Data Scientist you will work directly with our most strategic customers on critical projects to help them transform their business. You will provide management, consulting and technical expertise to internal and external partners.
You possess a diverse background in Data Migration in areas such as architecture design, infrastructure and deployment strategies. To be successful, you know how to navigate in complex environments, have extensive experience working with data transformation processes, have technical depth and enjoy working with clients. You also enjoy communicating and lead projects.
Your responsibilities
Translate complex customer requirements into recommendations for appropriate solution architecture
Work closely together with our customers, often on site
Understand customer needs and help craft the units long term strategy
Design and development of new transformation platform
Your qualification
Experience from data transformation with modern ETL tools (FME, ODI and/or SSIS)
Understanding of Data Lake and Big Data architecture
7 years of experience designing and deploying Data Migration solutions with several technologies
Deep knowledge of databases as Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, Postgres/PostGIS etc
Knowledge on Open Source tools for Data Migration
Great presentation and interpersonal skills
Understanding of business requirements and translating them into technology solutions
MsC degree in a Technical or Engineering field or equivalent practical experience is a merit.
Experience with PL/SQL is nice to have
