Partnership Accountant - Interim
Sanderson Recruitment is looking for an Interim Partnership Accountant to join an international law firm on an initial 3 months contract. Reporting into the Finance Director you will be working alongside the wider finance team to backdate financial statements.
Responsibilities
- To assist with monthly reconciliation of global Partner accounts, including the reconciliation of past years accounts.
- Reconcile the retained earnings ledger to ensure the offices and central books balance.
- Liaise with overseas financial controllers/partners to address partnership statements
- Work with the tax team to identify the amounts of non-tax-deductible expenditure charged via a Partner tax return that should be recharged out to all partners globally.
- To assist with the review and management of capital collected from equity Partners, globally.
- To assist with the annual calculation of profit related annuities and review associated payments.
Person specification:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Experience of working in an international law firm
- Strong communication skills
