Technical Change Manager - SC Cleared (Digital Transformation/Applications)
Due to the nature of the programme and timescales SC must be active at application
As the Technical Change Manager, you will work within the Application Transformation Programme where you will manage 3 to 4 small scale digital transformation projects.
Essential:
- Good understanding of project or programme management methodologies, tools and techniques including: requirements management, planning, scheduling, resource management, budgeting and cost management, risk and issue management, quality management, governance, frameworks and methodologies, stakeholder engagement, assurance, change control and benefits management.
- Understanding of other project or programme management methodologies, tools, and techniques including commercial and procurement, solutions development, business change and implementation, business case development, asset allocation, and knowledge management.
- Experience in both traditional Project Management Methods and AGILE methodologies.
- Proven experience within Digital Change/Transformation Projects.
- Proven experience within delivering applications from initiation to project close.
- Proven track record of managing a medium or small complexity project or working as a member of a large or medium complexity project team.
