Role:
* Manage assigned cases as per documented processes
* Communicate(both verbal and written) with customers and relationship managers to ensure each case is handled efficiently and within agreed timescales
* Collect relevant information from the customer/relationship manager via email eg regulatory proof to ensure regulatory requirements are satisfied
Key skills & Experiences
* Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, including SharePoint
* Highly organised with attention to detail
* Good ability to prioritise tasks
* Ability to deliver to deadlines whilst maintaining quality of output
* Good communication skills (both verbally and written)
* Team player with ability to work across different teams
KYC experience specifically relating to ID and V of underlying clients and ultimate beneficial owners. Regulatory or Remediation experience
