Senior QA Engineer- Manual and Automation

You must have experience working as a dedicated QA within a small team environment. The ideal person should have strong experience working in a fast-pace environment working with cutting edge technology. This will be doing heavy manual testing of web and Client Server applications with some automation with modern automation frameworks as this team moves towards implementing more automated testing in their environment. Must have experience with API testing and basic SQL skills. This team works with TFS, TestRail, POSTMAN and SQL. This is a 12 month contract position in Atlanta, GA with the opportunity to extend or convert. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work in sync with an innovative team that is disrupting their industry. REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 5+ years overall experience
  • 4+ years of manual QA experience including UAT
  • API Testing (REST, POSTMAN, SOAP, WCF)
  • SQL experience- writing SQL queries and performing data validation/verification
  • Agile experience
  • Experience executing and maintaining automated tests in a modern automation framework (Selenium, Nightwatch ect.)
  • Experience working as a dedicated QA resource within a small team environment
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to work in a fast-pace environment

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • MEAN/MERN stack testing
