NextLink is looking for a SAP HCM Consultant in a pharma industry with fluent English to work in Belgium for a contract position of 3 months + with a lot of possibility to be extended in a multinational client.
JOB DESCRIPTION/ PRIMARY SKILLSET
Good understanding of the SAP HCM Functional modules
Should have 4-5 years of experience as SAP HCM Consultant
Sound knowledge of SAP HCM Business Processes which includes Personnel Administration , Organizational Management, Time Management
Required qualifications:
1.Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
2. Support business users in delivery of end user training
3. Create functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements and reports and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
4. Coordination with the global team on all change
5. In-depth understanding of SAP HCM functionality
6. Knowledge on LSMW and BDC.
7. Knowledge on IDOCS and XML message with interface failure and work with third party teams to fix the issues.
Location: Brussels, Belgium (Onsite work not travel required.)
Duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension
Start date: ASAP
Language: fluent English, French is an advantage (preferably local candidates)
