– Data Modelling:Main Assignment:
• Will be responsible for establishing the generic Lending Data Model in the WB DataLake environment.
• By actual design of Data Models (entity relationship modelling) and Data glossaries.
• By mapping data from different Lending Core system sources to common Lending Data Models and common ING language for this data (Esperanto).
• By coordinating and liaising with different ‘source teams’
Key skills/competences we seek:
1. Strong knowledge on ‘Lending’, preferably on Lending product/business process/data
2. >2 years of experience with preferably Loan IQ (front-end and/or data model), else SAP (Real Estate)
3. Data Modelling (entity relationship modelling, data descriptions, data mapping)
4. General skills like: Business/Data Analysis, Agile/Scrum, Affinity with Data
CJE/DA – Data Management
Main Assignment:
• Will be responsible for implementing Data Management best practices into the Lending Business and Operations organisation.
• By implementing data governance and roles in the various business teams, and training them on related responsibilities and activities.
• By design and co-creation of Data Quality dashboards together with business users and IT developers.
• Also contributing to implementation of regulatory programs with emphasis on data, like GDPR, BCBS239, Anacredit.
Key skills/competences we seek:
1. Strong knowledge on ‘Lending’, preferably on Lending product/business process/data, core banking systems for Lending Administration.
2. Strong experience on ‘Data Management’ implementation.
3. Affinity with data analysis on Lending data
4. Data analysis & Business analysis
5. Management Consultancy / Organisational Change /Business Transformation skills.
6. Coordination skills (Product Owner, Project Management or similar leading roles).
7. Advanced Excel analytical skills
