PeopleSoft CRM developerWe are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft CRM developer and expecting good knowledge in telecom industry to support the customer journey in PeopleSoft application
Required Experience / Skills:
• Must have 7-8 Years working experience in PeopleSoft CRM 8.8-9.x, PeopleTools 8.5x, Application Designer, Integration broker & Process Scheduler
• Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft CRM modules like Customer, Accounts, Order Capture, 360 Degree View & Case Management
• Proficient in Oracle with PL/SQL, SQL
• Good understanding of Business Object & Contact Method Data model
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux Operating systems
• Must have experience with large databases and dataset
• Work experience in Agile & Scrum methodology
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for analyzing and developing business functionalities in PeopleSoft CRM from stakeholders
• Maintaining and enhancing the existing business PeopleSoft CRM functionalities
• Able to work independently to resolve issues and must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced changing environment
• Ability to investigate PeopleSoft issues at a data level, by writing queries and examining application data
• Troubleshooting the production incidents & providing solutions through coding or migration scripts
• Generating the SQL reports to support the business analysis
