Job Description:DevOps, Linux and Atlassian Suite on cloud
6+ years engineering experience in a DevOps role; including on-call responsibilities, any cloud technologies, fast-paced environment.
Comfortable scripting in Bash/Python/Go/etc.
Startup experience (< 500 people).
Experience with common tools such as: Docker, Puppet, Chef, Jenkins, Kubernetes, New Relic, PagerDuty.
The agile environment will be a plus
Deep hands-on expertise with the Atlassian product suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket and others) and supporting 3rd party add-ons (Portfolio for JIRA, Structure, Tempo, Insight, etc.)
Understanding the current Atlassian tool process, gathering requirements, investigating potential solutions, analyzing impact, communicating with stakeholders, and implementing solutions
Developing interfaces between external tooling and Jira/Confluence infrastructure.
Technical understanding of common networking terms and tools
Previous experience working in a dynamic, agile, and customer-facing environment
Bachelor’s degree in business and/or engineering
Ability to manage multiple clients and measure the quality of deliverables at any given time through effective time-management and planning
