A world renowned pharmaceutical organisation based in Prague is seeking a Marketing Lead to help share the vision of a consumer-grade user experience when engaging with the People & Organization teams with a focus on SMART Automation and how it uses technology to make associates' lives easier! The successful candidate will be an idea evangelist with the right blend of communication skills, social media and tech skills, enthusiasm, customer advocacy, curiosity and creativity.
Candidate Requirements
*A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications or related professional discipline
*3+ years' experience of complex, global, Matrix-driven internal communications
*Ability to both plan and execute communications and marketing strategy
*Demonstrable (portfolio) experience of content creation (written, design, video, etc.)
