Job description:
- 7+ years' experience Technology Coordinator with experience in AMS projects
- Experience in Application Support transition processes, and ability to manage end-to-end support transition
- Someone with good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at various levels of the organization(Application managers, Transition managers, SMEs, Country managers, Program managers, etc.,
- Experience in ITIL methodologies and ITSM concepts (Incident, Service Requests, Change management as a must)
- Fluent in Italian and English, Polish is a plus
- .Net technical background with knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL
- Excellent communication skills and can effectively explain technical concepts to team members
- Comfortable and composed working in a high-pressure environment
- Able to multi- task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Focused on attention to detail and accuracy and have strong analytical, problem solving, diagnostic skills
