Dev Engineer/Data Specialist

I'm in search for an enthusiastic, vigorous and detail minded Dev Engineer/Data specialist. This is for an initial 7 month contract with an ideal start date in June, with flexibility.
Project Overview:
The DEV Engineer will provide high level as well as low level design for ETL. With your experience as an architect you come up with architectural improvements. You will help the team to improve the development practices and automation of the release process and will participate in the team's SCRUM process.
What will you do? What are you responsible for?
- Develop and built the new modelling environment
- Work on Architectural improvements
Required Skillset:
* Your key competencies: excellent team player, persistent, service oriented, customer centric, eager to learn.
* Broad experience with Open Source tooling (Python, R, kubernetes, etc)
* Knowledge of Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server technology is a preference.
* Experience with SAS is a preference
* Experience with Scripting languages and automation of manual activities (testing, deployment)
* Knowledge of relational databases (eg Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL) and data warehousing.
* Great English communication skills, verbal as well as written.
