IT Support Analyst with Enhanced DBS
I am working with a company who need someone onsite at a school in the Winnersh area for approximately 6 weeks to provide onsite support to students and faculty staff as well as dealing with small scale projects.
We are looking for someone who is experienced providing 1st-2nd line support and has an e-DBS that has been done within the last 3 years as well as the following skills and experience:

Previous experience working within a service desk environment

Hold an Enhanced DBS that is under 3 years old.

Experience of Active Directory, Windows 7 and 10

Experience of supporting PCs, Laptops and mobile devices
