Data Platform Engineer
Assignment
You will be Part of the platform team that maintains and evolves the Big Data ecosystem within the company (Data Lake, ETL, Analysis tooling). The day to day includes automating the deployment of components on top of AWS services, Python development of ETL pipelines, and support to Data Scientists with their tooling and code review.
(AWS [EMR, EC2, S3, ECS, Glue, Lambda], Python, Terraform, Docker, Jupyter NB)
Characteristics of the job profile are:
Hands on experience on Cloud infrastructure design and implementation
Continuous delivery making use of diverse toolset
Background as Full Stack Developer
Proficient in automation
Technical leadership role in multi-cultural teams
Excellent customer facing skills and experience on pre-sales roles
Socially Intelligent
Comfortable presenting to mixed technical/business audiences

Contract until

Workweek of 40 hours
Location Amsterdam
Rate around Euros 85, - an hour all-in
