We are currently looking for a Transformational change manager to work in London on a contract basis within the Oil & Gas Sector.We are looking for an individual that has extensive experience in change management ( 7-10 years). The candidate is required to drive and support the business change activities and IT systems to increase customer satisfaction and business value which will drive significant and ongoing change in all parts of the business. You will be supporting the business growth agenda and will be working on one change programme, with oversight management from a Transformational change manager.
You will be supporting the Product Owners in developing User Journey Roadmaps, and support the Product Owners in developing User Journey Roadmaps a. End User personas.
The ideal candidate responsibility will be working on deploy measurable change management interventions and wider transformational change initiatives. You will be building and managing change management activities to a business ready standard, and ensure that the appropriate change management tools and methods are applied to IT projects.
You must have a good understanding of Agile and its impact on the management of change, and demonstrate evidence of all 4 leadership attributes, RDS core values and D&I behaviours will be considered during the selection process Stakeholder Management.
