URGENT - SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - 12 MONTHS PLUS - NIJMEGEN, THE NETHERLANDS
Our client based in Nijmegen, Netherlands is actively looking for an Project Manager to join their team for an initial 12 months assignment with the view of being extended further.
As Senior project manager you will be responsible for managing project development in close coordination with Marketing and R&D responsible ensuring the agreed timeline, cost and quality are met.
Your Responsibilities:
Setting up and managing large & high profile and complex projects with strong customer commitment.
Manage projects through steering our multi-site cross functional team
Working with internnal/external suppliers during the development project.
Organize all development activities
Risk management
Timely escalation of issues and risks to the project review board and taking responsibility to resolve project issues.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering.
Experience as a Project Manager in Semiconductor Industry is a MUST.
Experience in leading teams (team size 15 - 30 people)
Experience in hardware/software design and development of Ethernet systems is a strong plus.
Experience of full product life cycle management
Skills in negotiations, influencing and dealing with conflicting interests.
PMP certification is strong plus
Pro-active, assertive attitude, flexible and result driven
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
