Communications Coordinator
London
6 months | £ per day
We're recruiting a Communications Coordinator to join our Client in Central London on an initial 3 month contract. You will play an integral part in engaging & informing the 2,500+ employees across the UK & facilitating the delivery of change to the entire workforce, as well as external partners. Exceptional communication & organisation skills are essential for you to succeed in this role. Some travel to other UK locations will be required
Responsibilities:
- Effective support to ensure the achievement of the Business Transformation Programme function's communication needs both internally & externally
- Project manage events
- Deliver media monitoring and analytics
- Development of awareness and update materials such as print, video, email, blogs, and face-to-face presentations.
- Story development, production and distribution of communications
- Manage and deliver multiple project deadlines.
- Liaise with management and site based stakeholders.
- Advise, support, and challenge stakeholders on communications issues.
- Support the Training team to create communication collateral around training activities, ensuring compliance with standards
- Ensure communications meet organisational objectives and guidelines.
- Utilise new media channels as well as traditional face-to-face methods.
