Gaming Sales Account Manager

A global Powerhouse within the social media industry is looking for a Gaming Sales Account Manager to join their team in London on an 11 month contract.

The successful Gaming Sales Account Manager will join the Publisher Solutions team to work with the torso and tail of app developers and publishers across EMEA, help them monetise their user base and grow their business in a sustainable manner. Their mission is to support publisher growth and they're just getting started. You'll play a pivotal role in building publisher revenue & thereby scaling their business in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new Publishers in the EMEA region, onboard them and grow their businesses
  • Be a trusted consultant to Publishers, help them adopt products and grow revenue
  • Partner withPublishers to help their overall business grow, using internal cross functional colleagues and external resources where appropriate
  • Troubleshoot publisher issues withinternal cross functional colleagues
  • Work at scale across many accounts, using automated tools on an hourly basis
  • Develop deep product expertise withan ability to collect and synthesize meaningful feedback to drive product roadmap
  • Adapt quickly to product changes and limitations, and communicate these strategically to Publishers and Stakeholders
  • Build deep knowledge in vertical markets such as Gaming, in order to support Publisher growth

Skills

  • 5-7 years professional experience in IT B2B inside sales or account management supporting customers in the EMEA and CEE region
  • Proven track record of consistently developing relationships over the phone, email and other channels
  • Proven ability to work at scale
  • Ability to work with developer entrepreneurs to mutual benefit
  • Fast learner, comfortable with explaining new product ideas and processes to business decision makers
  • Ability to translate actions plans and communications
  • Experience meeting objectives in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong phone presence, excellent written skills and high attention to detail
  • BA/BS degree or higher (or equivalent work experience)
  • Business level proficiency in English a requirement

Preference:

  • Business level proficiency in German, Spanish or French would be a bonus
  • Ad tech experience is preferred
